We sell new hand tools only. All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of placing your order.
5. Orders

- Failure to read or follow manufacturer instructions or safety warnings
- Use of a tool for purposes other than its intended and designated use
- Use of a tool by an untrained, incompetent or unauthorised person
- Failure to use appropriate personal protective equipment
- Modification or alteration of any tool
- Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance or storage
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Returns and Refunds
We operate a 30-day returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receipt provided:
- The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging
- You contact us before returning any item
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage or is not in its original packaging.
Faulty or damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from your use of our website or products.
