RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Our Returns Promise
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the date you received it
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must contact us before sending any return
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original packaging.
3. How to Return an Item
- Contact us via the contact page on our website stating your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your return and provide instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Send the item to the address we provide
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent by us. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a description and photographs of the fault or damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.
5. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover all return postage costs.
6. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items returned without prior contact and authorisation
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer legislation.
