Keep your David Lloyd Tools square chisel performing beautifully with a genuine replacement carbide chisel tip — Rounded Square 2°. When your tip eventually wears, simply swap it in seconds and you’re back at the lathe with a fresh, sharp cutting edge. No grinding, no fuss — just a quick tip change and you’re ready to go.
The 2° rounded square tip is the finishing specialist — its subtly curved cutting edge gives you a more forgiving angle than a straight 90° square, making it ideal for smoothing cuts, scraping work and producing beautifully clean surfaces on spindles, platters and box lids. If you find a perfectly straight square tip occasionally digs in, the 2° curve solves that problem elegantly.
